This seminar is an introduction to the scientific publishing process in sciences and engineering: How to publish an article in a scientific journal? How to increase its impact? 

The first part addresses issues such as: selecting the right journal, peer review, ethics of publication, copyright issues, Open Access dissemination including DI-fusion, understanding bibliometrics and increasing your digital visibility. 

The second part consists in a panel of four scientific journal editors or reviewers in sciences and engineering who will share good practices, provide advice and answer your questions about article publication.
