I have the status BA15 and should complete 15 ECTS of bachelor courses. This year, my MA1 program is limited to 45 credits. Can I participate to a substitution mobility programme ?
Looking at the RIMI (https://uv.ulb.ac.be/mod/resource/view.php?id=1531459), we find that to get the Definitive Authorization for Mobility in that case you must have validated 180 BA credits plus all of the credits from your student’s study program (PAE) for the academic year
of your application for a mobility program starting in MA-Block 2.
In that case, failure of a maximum of 10 ECTS of MA-Block 1 courses does not automatically result in the cancellation of the mobility - these
courses must be re-enrolled during the year of the academic mobility for stays abroad lasting a semester, or the next year for longer stays.
The successful validation of the conditions above must be declared officially at the deliberations prior to the start of the stay abroad.
