Dear students,
In a project where teams have multiple participants, it can happen that some group members withdraw before the submission. Here are some guidelines that we will adopt during the evaluation to address this issue:
- If a member of a team withdraws and an explicit declaration is made that the submitted project has been carried out only by a portion of the team, we will grade only the remaining members, taking into account the reduced workforce in the assessment. The withdrawn member will have a grade of zero.
- The declaration has to be signed by all the original team members. If a signed declaration is afterhand contested by some of the team members, they all receive a grade of zero.
- If there is no official withdrawal of a team member, all the members will be graded in the standard manner. No complaints after the submission will be taken into consideration.
